We apologize for any inconvenience caused by defective or damaged items. We encourage you to contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving an item if you would like to return or exchange it. In the event that you receive a wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange for you. Items that are damaged or worn cannot be returned. All labels, packaging, and invoices must be kept in order to make a successful return. There is a possibility that a return will not be accepted if certain items are missing. We recommend contacting our support team within 48 hours if an item does not arrive in original condition or has missing parts.
